About NICHI
NICHI is a matcha brand from Orange County. One belief: you should know exactly what you're drinking.
We work with a single farm in Kagoshima, Japan — first-harvest, shade-grown, stone-milled slowly. Naturally sweet, vivid, never bitter. The farm, the grade, the harvest date — every cup tells you all of it.
We start where you can taste it: whisked in front of you. Everything else grows from there.
Nothing here is loud. Only the things you can keep doing every day will change anything.
